HABERDASHERS' MONMOUTH SCHOOL
EEMC is held at Haberdashers' School in Monmouth. The school is set in the outstanding beauty of the Wye Valley. A wonderful place to explore in any free time! It was two schools but it has now amalgamated to be one co-educational school. We will be in the original Girls' School which is now the Prep School. It is perched on a hill looking over Monmouth town and the stunning Wye Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
This attractive campus is just a 10 minutes walk into Monmouth town centre. We will have the use of the new Performing Arts Centre as well as the use of their lovely swimming pool. Around half of the bedrooms are en-suite and there is plenty of parking on site.
ACCOMMODATION
Many of the bedrooms are single and en-suite and we also have single rooms with shared bathroom facilities at a reduced rate. We offer rooms on a first come first served basis.
All meals are included in the course fee and specific dietary needs can be catered for.

Newport (Gwent) is the nearest large town, which is approximately a 25 minute drive away. The school is about 50 minutes from Cardiff, 3 hours from London, 1½ hours from Birmingham and 3½ hours from Manchester.
By public transport
Newport (Gwent) is the nearest main line station, with Abergavenny, Hereford and Chepstow as the nearest local stations, all of which are approximately a 20 to 30 minute taxi journey away and have regular service connections to Cardiff and London.
We will organise a coach from Newport Station at the beginning of the course, and back to the station at the end. There will be one coach each way. Josee will let you know the timings well in advance so that you can plan your journey.
By air
Bristol, Birmingham and Cardiff International Airports are slightly over 1 hour from Monmouth, while Heathrow is approx 2½ hours away by road. All have regular scheduled flights from UK, European and International destinations.
