Fees and How To Apply

EEMC 2025 - 3rd to 9th April

Applications will open at noon on  2nd October 2024 for 48 hours and will close promptly at noon on 4th October. Those people who have been on the course recently or who have signed up to be on the database will be sent an email on 2nd October with a link to the application form. A link to the form is also below. We welcome applications from preformed groups as well as from individuals who would like to play with like-minded people, who they might or might not have met before. All those who apply in the 48 hour window will be considered for a place, and we will let you know a couple of weeks later whether or not you have a place. We expect and hope to be able to accept most of the people who apply. Please click on the link below if you would like to apply.  Thank you.

HOW TO PAY

A couple of weeks after 4th October we will email you to let you know whether or not we are able to offer you a place. At this time we will ask for a non-refundable £150 deposit.  Please note that this means that you don't need to pay the deposit when you apply.
