Fees and How To Apply


Fees (unchanged from last year) depend on bedroom choice:

Full board, room with washbasin - £735 Full board, room without washbasin - £695 Non-resident (inc. lunch & supper) - £495



Full time students on a recognised music course may be eligible for a bursary to help pay for their fees.  Please contact our administrator if you would like to apply.

Bursaries may also be available from:

The Walter Bergmann Fund (recorder players) and

The Joy Dodson Music Fund (viol players).

Applications are preferred using the  online application form, but if you would like a printed copy of the form, please contact our administrator.

The course is open to adults (over 18) only.



Your application should be accompanied by a £100 deposit. This can only be refunded in the unlikely event of us being unable to place you in a compatible permanent group.

Your balance payment is due by 1st March at the latest. As this is non-returnable you are strongly advised to take out suitable insurance, in case you are unable to attend.

We also recommend you have suitable insurance for instruments, as EEMC cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
